Shipping policy

All orders are processed on the date specified for shipping, if order is received at least 24 hours prior to that date. If order is received under 24 hours from requested shipping date, order will be shipped on requested shipping date if product is available. If product is not available, customer will be notified and given the option to have order shipped on a different date. You will will a conformation email once order has been received. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12usd flat rate shipping to locations in our local shipping area. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM EST on Monday-Friday, and 9:00 AM-12:00 PM EST Saturdays.

No Sunday Deliveries.

We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you that order has been shipped.

Service Fee

If you order needs to be shipped outside of Atlanta, GA, we will charge an additional service fee of $15.00usd.

We deliver to locations only within Atlanta, GA.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2380 Benjamin E. Mays Dr. SW, Suite F, Atlanta, GA 30311. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the date specified for pick-up if order is received at least 24 hours in advance. If order is received within 24 hours of pick-up time, customer will be notified of the availability. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM-4:00 PM EST on Monday-Friday, and 9:00 AM-12:00 PM EST Saturday.

No Sunday Pick-up.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to inform you that order has been delivered to the requested location and the time it was delivered.

If custom has not received their order on the requested delivery date, please contact us at mark@markrichardsfloral.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
